Resuscitation pt 1 is an e.p. written and recorded in one 5 day burst back in May 2007. It is a concept piece about my 'adventures' with psychosis, in particular a 6 month-ish period back in 2004 which consisted of almost constant hallucinations (both auditory and visual), delusions, intense paranoia etc.

Despite the fact that it contains some of my favourite music I've composed it has always sounded pretty poor due to the time constraints I placed on myself.

So I've dusted it off and taken out sequenced parts or run them through superior VSTs unavailable to me at the time. I've re-recorded bits too (details on each song description).

The other major change from the original 2007 version is that I've cut off the last 2 tracks. "Recovery" became a staple of What Happened to Robbie's repertoire and now sounds out of place here and wrong without the contributions of Jack Dedman and Martin Taber. It also relies heavily on vocals which I no longer want sullying the e.p.!
The 6th track is called "Heaven" and it's just a misjudged track and too poor to be worthy of inclusion.
